Softball- Softball is very strong and healthy. When you throw the ball, you get more muscle in your arms. When you catch the ball, you get used to going towards it and not being scared of the ball. When you run the bases, you get more leg muscle. When you touch home, I don't even have to tell you that it feels good to finally get there. But I just did. All the positions are useful, so don't get mad if your in the outfield. Just think, there is a reason that you are out there, maybe you're fast at getting the ball and making good throws to the cut-off or maybe you are good at catching fly balls that go out there. By the way, last year I was out in the outfield and now this year, I play second, third, and pitcher and I barely play outfield. Keep on trying your best.
